I provide mentoring for new managers, marketing and operations professionals, and experienced leaders in transition. No matter where you are on your journey, there’s value in having a trusted partner. As a mentor I’ll serve as a regular sounding board, bringing my 20 years of experience to support your goals. 

Even the most experienced leaders need help gaining perspective from time to time. Those who are just beginning new roles, adding scope, or making major transitions can benefit more than most. Having an ally and partner can be a critical component to your success. 

I’ll work with you to understand different perspectives, brainstorm new solutions, and offer outside advice on how to improve, advance, and excel.

Mentoring sessions are scheduled regularly, and focus on the topics and tasks you want to address. An initial consultation will help identify key challenges, and will serve as a the launching pad for a deeper relationship.

Career Mapping Workshop

Many of us move through our careers without a clear plan.  We take opportunities as they are presented to us, without clarity on whether they move us closer or further from our goals.  Identifying goals, building a career map, and considering scenarios in advance can help you more easily go after what you want, or more thoughtfully respond to opportunities in the moment.  Our professional lives make up such a huge percent of our lived experience – why leave that path up to someone else?

In this intensive workshop, you’ll identify goals (both personal and professional), and create a career map (or life map).  You’ll leave with a clear path and development plan, and considerations for what’s next.

  • This is a pre-paid package for those looking to define their goals and develop their career plan
    • 1-hour discovery session
    • 1 half-day (4 hours) workshop or 2 evenings (2 hours each)

All mentoring sessions include an initial 2-session discovery period, followed by an ongoing program tailored to your specific needs.  Workshops are scheduled as 1 or 2 part intensives, based on an initial consultation.

Each is customized to meet your specific needs and is done individually in a safe and encouraging environment. Sessions are conducted in person, by video conference, or by phone, according to personal preference. Discounted rates are available for pre-paid session packages.
