Who I am
I am a certified professional coach with 20 years of experience as an operations and transformation leader. I’ve helped countless people develop and leverage their strengths to find success in their work, and advance their careers. I’ve built and managed teams of all kinds, and have a deep understanding of what makes a successful team, a successful leader, and a successful individual.
Based in Columbus, Ohio I offer a a range of coaching, mentoring, and consulting services, both locally in person, and globally online. In my practice, I bring a project manager’s approach to help my clients create realistic, milestone-based programs to measure and achieve success.
